Is this service confidential?

We are a fully registered Data Controller, meaning we are authorised to handle, store and process your personal data. All information transmitted to us is kept fully secure and we will never share your personal details with third parties. Neither your name nor any of your personal details are ever transmitted to anyone, not even your writer.

If you provide documents that contain confidential or personal information, we will remove this for you. The exception to this is for highly personal orders, such as personal statements or reflective practice. However, we will still always ask for your consent before passing on any information to a writer.
